Load Cell (2 or 3 mV/V)Load Cell (2 or 3 mV/V) Ref: SNAP-AILC

The SNAP-AILC input module works with 2 mV/V and 3 mV/V load cells as a load cell front end. Using a separate 24 VDC power source (purchased separately), the module provides isolated 10 VDC bridge excitation for up to four 350 ohm or 415 ohm load cells.

NOTE: This module only works with SNAP-B3000-ENET, SNAP-ENET-S64, SNAP-UP1-ADS, and SNAP-UP1-M64 Ethernet-based brains. These brains must have firmware version R6.1c or newer installed to use the SNAP-AILC module.

Load Cell (3 or 4 mV/V)Load Cell (3 or 4 mV/V) Ref: SNAP-AILC-2

The SNAP-AILC-2 input module works with 3 mV/V and 4 mV/V load cells as a load cell front end. Using a separate 24 VDC power source (purchased separately), the module provides isolated 10 VDC bridge excitation for up to four 350 ohm or 415 ohm load cells.

The SNAP-AILC-2 is primarily used with high-quality 4 mV/V load cells to gather data from force measurement testing.

NOTE: This module works with SNAP PAC brains and R-series controllers. It also works with the following legacy brains, if they have firmware version R6.1c or newer: SNAP-B3000-ENET, SNAP-ENET-S64, SNAP-UP1-ADS, and SNAP-UP1-M64.

4-Channel (-150 to +150 mV)4-Channel (-150 to +150 mV) Ref: SNAP-AIMV-4

The SNAP-AIMV-4 provides four channels of analog-to-digital conversion. Each channel can be configured for -150 mV DC to +150 mV DC or -75 mV DC to +75 mV DC. This module can be used only with SNAP Ethernet-based brains. Although the four channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices.

Datasheet

4-Channel (-50 to +50 mV)4-Channel (-50 to +50 mV) Ref: SNAP-AIMV2-4

The SNAP-AIMV2-4 provides four channels of analog-to-digital conversion. Each channel can be configured for -50 mV DC to +50 mV DC or -25 mV DC to +25 mV DC. This module can be used only with SNAP Ethernet-based brains. Although the four channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices.

2-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC)2-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC) Ref: SNAP-AIV

The SNAP-AIV provides two channels of analog voltage input, either -10 to +10 VDC or -5 to +5 VDC. Although the two channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. Modules are factory calibrated.

32-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC)32-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC) Ref: SNAP-AIV-32

The SNAP-AIV-32 analog input module provides 32 channels of analog voltage input. Each channel can be configured for -10 to +10 VDC or -5 to +5 VDC operation. Although the 32 channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. This module can be used only with SNAP PAC brains and on-the-rack controllers.

For field wiring, use the SNAP-HD-CBF6 wiring harness with flying leads, or the convenient SNAP-AIV-HDB breakout board with a SNAP-HD-BF6 cable.

Other options:
Channel-to-channel isolation (two channels): SNAP-AIV-i
Four channels (not isolated): SNAP-AIV-4

4-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC)4-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC) Ref: SNAP-AIV-4

The SNAP-AIV-4 provides four channels of analog voltage input. Each channel can be configured for -10 to +10 VDC or -5 to +5 VDC operation. Although the four channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. This module can be used only with SNAP Ethernet-based brains.

8-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC)8-Channel (-10 to +10 VDC) Ref: SNAP-AIV-8

The SNAP-AIV-8 provides eight channels of analog voltage input. Each channel can be configured for -10 to +10 VDC or -5 to +5 VDC operation. Although the eight channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. This module can be used with SNAP Ethernet-based brains, SNAP PAC R-series controllers, and SNAP PAC SB-series serial brains.

NOTE: This module does not provide channel-to-channel isolation. If you need an isolated module, see the two-channel SNAP-AIV-i module.
